once upon a time
For as long as I can remember, stories have been the thread that helps me make sense of the world - its seasons, its shifts, and the cycles we all move through.
My name is Charlie Kesem*, and I am a storyteller, a mama, creative facilitator and producer, creating spaces where people of all ages can listen, imagine, move, and feel more deeply connected.
I trained at the School of Storytelling and the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education, and now share storytelling in community, educational and performance settings - with the littlest of littles through to elders.
Welcome to Kesem Stories - a home for storytelling, seasonal rhythms and creative nourishment, woven with a little magic.
*Kesem means magic in Hebrew
